Foster homes are the engine. If you can give a Shiba a safe landing spot, you’re the difference.

Short-term foster

1–3 weeks while we stabilize medical needs and evaluate behavior.

Longer-term foster

Ideal if you can support a dog for several weeks to a few months until adoption.

Foster-to-adopt

Low-pressure trial with support so the dog doesn’t bounce homes.

Foster-based note: Dogs may be housed in private homes. The public does not visit foster locations.
